Normandy Cove is a 144-unit affordable housing community under construction at 7375 Sheldon Drive in Jacksonville's Westside neighborhood. Developed by Housing Trust Group, it's the city's first affordable community built specifically for military members and veterans — half the units are set aside for active-duty service members and veterans, with 5 percent reserved for veterans who are currently unhoused. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units come with modern appliances, quartz countertops, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Community amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a business center, a multipurpose clubhouse, and dedicated meeting space for on-site veteran service providers.
