Legacy Park II is a $55 million affordable housing project for seniors 55 and older, built across two five-story buildings with 130 income-restricted apartments. Units come with quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, and stainless-steel appliances, and the buildings meet the National Green Building Standard and Energy Star efficiency criteria.
Residents can get help with light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and daily activities through on-site check-in programs, and share a resort-style pool and fitness center plus a clubhouse with a cyber café, a library, and a game room.
