The eight-story, roughly 80-foot building holds 230 rental units above a new 8,500-square-foot branch of the Miami-Dade Public Library System, replacing the library's original 1963 building. Parking totals 387 spaces — 372 structured and 15 on-street — shared by residents and library visitors.
On-site amenities include a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a yoga and meditation room, a business center with a cybercafe, a conference room, and a community lounge, plus a children's playground, a dog park, a pet spa, a barbecue area, EV charging stations, and bike storage. Miami Bethany Community Services provides on-site social and vocational services for residents.
