Courtside Phase II is a $58 million affordable housing development in Miami's historic Overtown neighborhood. Two seven-story buildings, totaling more than 161,000 square feet, hold 120 apartments and 154 parking spaces.
The community's amenities include a clubhouse with a media center, a fitness center, a dog park, and bike storage.
