Near the University of Miami campus, this project renovated and expanded the historic Cloisters property, first built in 1958, adding new townhomes on the parcels next door. Together the original buildings and new construction add up to 115 units and 296 bedrooms, served by 191 parking spaces, with leases available by the individual bedroom or across multi-bedroom layouts.
Residents share a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a sundeck, a dog park, outdoor spaces for sports and gathering, and a fire pit.
